OWA attachments crashing Information Store

We're running Windows Server 2003 and Exchange 2003 (both are fully patched
and up to date). Whenever a user attaches a file using OWA, the Information
Store crashes and the following event is logged in Exchange:

We have a W2K Exchange 2000 Server (all available patches installed) with
one public and one private information store. All files including logs are
within the standard mdbdata directory on the same drive.
The server and information store drive is a mirrored raid 2 system with a

I have been supporting a SBS2000 installation at a church. Their server was
getting old and I recently got approval to replace it. The new Dell server
(PE800)arrived along with SBS2003 disks. Before I work on a migration, one
of the drives in the old server (Precision 420 Raid 5 - 4 disk array) failed.

My server was crashed. No tape backup but I have the whole content of
\exchsrvr. I re-build the Windows 2003 server SBS from scratch,and I'm using
the default settings which should be the same as the crashed server, same
computer name, same domain, etc. Then I copy the priv1.mdb, priv1.stm, to the
\mdbdata ...
