How can I stop duplicate message detect on Exchange 2000 sp3 serve

I have one question about duplicate message.
Now, when I receive same Message id email, that will be only receive one
email copy.
How can I receive all email with same Message id?
I check on Microsoft website, this is a function on Information Store.
I want to disable it. How can I do?

We had the priv1.edb hit the 16GB barrier Thursday. I had no problems
defragmenting it and getting it back online, but is there a way to turn on a
monitor to notify me when the edb hits say 15GB? I've looked at the settings
and the only way that I see that this could be done is by actually creating

Dumping Public Folder Permissions & ESM Management

Hi there,
Just a couple of questions. We're running a couple of Exchange 2000 & 2003
servers.
1) Is there an easy way to 'dump' all the permissions for the Public
Folders?
2) Are there any issues of administering an Exchange 2000 server from the
ESM console of an Exchange 2003 server?

Information Store Size and perfmon

Hi,
Is there any performance object that reflects the total size of the
Information Store database?
I tried to look at Process/Virtual Bytes/Store and it gives a fairly
reasonable value, but not the same value as adding the size of the files.

Can anyone tell me how I can determine how fragmented my Private Store
(priv1.edb) database is? The App log shows how much free space exists in the

when anyone of them replies to the emails from a certain supplier, it looks
like the email(s) came from
'Management'. What is the easiest way of setting this up? Distribution
