Blank sent items

Hello all,
I have been having an ongoing problem with sending emails using exchange
2000. Users either use Outlook 2002 or 2003 and every so often they send an
email and the receipient receives it as blank. When the user checks their
sent item the email is also blank.
There does not seem to be any reason ...

Hi Folks;
I'm using a discussion forum to send a mass email to all my registered
users.
To that end I entered some very basic HTML in the email and sent off a test
email to myself.
The forum sends the email to Exchange 2000 and I pick up the email in both
Outlook 2000 and Outlook Express.

Upgrading AD/DNS/DHCP 2000 to WS2003 keeping Exchange 2000

Hi ya guys,
We are going to upgrade the AD/DNS/DHCP to W2003 but we are keeping Exchange
2000 for a while.
Do I need to do something special before upgrading and to keep everything
up and running on the Exchange?
Please any suggestion would be great and I really appreciate it.
