I need to create a distribution list that everyone in the company can use.
The global address list has every email address of everyone and every
resource in the company. I want to create a public list that I maintain with
only certain people in it. Can someone please tell me where to go to find

Hi,
Just wondering if there is any product or way that you could limit one user
on exchange 2000 to only allow them to email internally and also a number of
suppliers. The MD would like them not to be able to email there friends in
work time.

Wrong replication of Calendar events in PF

Hi everybody,
I have very interesting issue with replication of "All Day Event" in Public
Folders.
I have two Exchange 2003 SP1 servers in one organisation and in one routing
group. But one is in Toronto (GMT-5) time zone, another is in Vancouver
(GMT-8).
No troubles with PF replication, except one - ...

Hello,
is there a way in Exchange 2003 to set up a mail box that will receive any
mail that does not belong to a recipiant? we run into this on occasion when
mail is mis-addressed so we never receive it, but if there was a way to have
these e-mail's dropped into a mailadmin mial box someone can check the ...

Anti-spam Server

We are running Exchange 2000 Enterprise Server. We want to setup the
anti-spam protection at server level. We are looking at GFI Mail
Essentials and Trendmicro Anti-Spam Server.
Does anyone has experience on these Anti-Spam Server or other applications
of same purpose?

we recently upgraded our exchange server 5.5 -> 2003 (not exactly
upgrade - it was new installation).
While we were using old exchange server 5.5 we were able to put custom
recipients into exchange directory and when email was received with
address of one of these recipients, it was displayed with ...
