Emails per day, per week, per month

Sorry for the mental block here, I'm sure this is easy.....
I would like to know how many emails go thru my server per day,month, week,
etc.
Not just outgoing SMTP, but also internal (mailbox to mailbox). Perfmon
gives running totals but can it do daily or monthly totals?
I only have one Exchange 200 ...

Outlook shuts down without notice

I don't know if I'm posting this to the right area, but this is the problem
I'm having.
For one of my users when a new email hits her mailbox, Outlook 2000 shuts
down, without any error message, this is happening at no given time, there's

Sending meeting request from group schedule

the "New Meeting with All" option is not available.

Upgrading to Windows 2003 Forest and Domain
