Public Folders Replication Status

HI!I have a problem about public folder synchronization. In my Exchange
2000/2003 organization all work fine: email routing is ok, public folders
synchronize themselves apparently without some error.
Last week my boss asked me to remove the last Exchange 2000 server of the
Org.

Is there any way of blocking email being sent out to external email addresses
based on content ? For example, if you don't want social security numbers to

Exchange 2003 IMF

I had setup Intelligent Message Filtering on a machine running Windows
2003 SP1, Exchange 2003 SP1, and all was going well. Blocked messages
were sent to \UCEArchive, and the Bad Mail was sent to \BadMail
Once I updated to Exchange 2003 SP2, both folders remain empty.
What changed ?
