Resource mailboxes and sent items

I have 3 resource/general mailboxes setup on an Outlook profile. The account
I use to log into my machine is a general account, not my regular account.
The problem is that the sent items from those mailboxes are nowhere to be
found...not even the mailbox for that general account.
Is this a setting in Exh ...

IFS files

I am running Exchange 2000 SP3 on Windows 2000 SP4. This is a fresh install
on a new server. I've noticed that there are a large number of files ending
in .IFS in my mdbdata directory. Can anyone tell me what these files are
and if they're safe to get rid of? Most of the filenames are similar to:

Limiting Help Desk Permissions

I'm trying to setup a couple Help Desk users so they can create mailboxes
during user creation. I have added them to the First Administrative Group
with Exchange View Administrator. I go to create the user and it doesn't
let me select the mailbox store, it's blank. Has anyone done this on 2003?
