Testing Exchange

I am introducing our first Exchange server into the company. We do not
have the liberty of a test environment, so that is that.
I have installed exchange and I would like to create some test accounts
to make sure it is fully functional, but I don't want to affect the
current mail program.

What do you recommend to add disclaimers to all of the outgoing messages?
I have tried http://www.maildisclaimer.com/ but it slows down the email flow
and disclaimers are not shown up for messages within the organization.

Multiple I.E. pages after clicking email link on webpages

Whether I used Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, every time I clicked on
an email link on a webpage, I'd get no response from the email but about 55 I.

They are not receiving emails and the local drlivery queue is backed up.
How do I get the messages to deliver to the users mail boxes?
