Meeting Request

For what ever reason I cannot accept meeting requests from certain
users. I can receaive email no problem just a meeting request. I can
send a meeting request to these users no problem.
The request is sent back to the original sender with the follwing

I tried to set up a postmaster@domain.com SMTP address within Active
Directory Users and Computers, but it reported that it was already in use.
Can someone please let me know how I would find out who uses this address.
I tried sending an email asking for a reply, but nothing came of it.

We have had an issue with our outgoing SMTP email (sent to multiple
recipients) getting stuck in queues since the first week of April when there
were absolutely no changes made to our servers, infrastructure, firewalls,
ISPs, etc. I am lost as a goose and even spent $5k on a brand new server to

Upgrades and 64bitness

I have heard that Exchange Server 2007 will be 64bit only (which I think is
great).
We are needing to upgrade now and would like do so in a way that will make
us ready for Exchange 2007.
Can we buy a new 64bit server running Windows Server 2003 x64 and run

Decommission Exchange 2000 - Migration to Exchange 2003

We have Staff mailboxes in one exchange server which is clustered. We have
built the new Exchange Server 2003 and have migrated the mailboxes from
Exchange 2000. I would like decommission the old Exchange 2000 boxes.

Resource usage Reporting?

Hello all,
One of my users has asked if there is a way to report on resource
bookings? I.E. we have meeting rooms set up as resources and they want
to see how busy the different resources have been over the last few months.
Is this possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Exchange 2000 delay

I have an Exchange 2000 server and a 5.5 doing the same thing. The mail
comes into the server and goes to the persons inbox just fine. But the
client has to click on something else in outlook for the new messages
to display. If you don't they will eventually pop in. But it takes up
to 5mins. I though it migh ...

Hello All,
We are using Exchange Server 2003 and sometimes some users have issues when
trying to synchronize with our server. When we uncheck the Use Cached
Exchange Mode then they could synchronize ok. It doesn't happend to all
users but only to some.
