Same Message ID Issue

Dear Sir,
I've a question about one user belong to two mailing group.
When I sent a email to that two mailing group, that user always receive only
one email message.
Why? how can I do for this issue? (Want to receive two messages)

No security on Inbox

I recently moved our Exchange server to a new Server. We share our outlook
calendars but not our inbox. However, we can go in and get to everyones
inbox. The security in properties of "Inbox" is set to default - none. Any
ideas.
