Auto-Attach a message disclaimer

I am using Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003 clients and I was asked by
our QI departent if there was a way I could "automatically" add a tag line
(free-form text) to all outgoing e-mail. Is this done via third party tools
or does Exchange Server have a place somewhere to set this up?

Problem with DSL and NDR's

My client has relocated his small office (5 Users) into a home in a
residental area from a small industrial area.
It appears that during periods of inactivity, the DSL line is dropped and
there is sometimes a delay in re-connecting to the ISP and the Internet.

GPO to remove favorites

Hello:
I have a GPO which adds favorites to my users IE. The other week one of my
URL's changed. I updated the URL in the GPO. When I checked my favorites I
got the new URL, but the old one was still there. I have been searching for
a way to remove the old URL's.
Does anyone have any idea?

Error message - Public Folder

in System Manager, I get this error message:
The mail proxy for this folder can not be found. This may due to replication

Both Delivery and NDR

I have a few users who used to work normally but suddenly they stopped
receiving external emails. They can send and receive internal emails and
they can also send external emails. The strange thing is that when you send
them an email they never receive it and you receive both a delivery success

For some strange reason, I started recieving emails that teh sender would
have normally gotten an NDR.
I didn't do anythign to my exchange recently, so I don't know why this
started.
Where in exchange do I set so that if an email address does not exsist, an
NDR gets set out?

exchange 2007 FQDN error

Hub Role. I create a "Internet Send Connector" with this setting:
"use domain name system (DNS) "MX" records to route mail automatically".I

NDR Event

Trying to find out why some messages not reach to users' mailboxes. Searching
in Exchange 2000 Message Tracking Center, the message found. When clicking on
it, it shows 2 events:
1. Advanced Queue Failed to Deliver Message
2. Non-Delivered Report (NDR) Generated
