Public Folder SSL setting

Hi,All
I want to use WEBDAV to access exchange Public Folder.
One of my Customer Public Folder Security setting is SSL Enable.
This is the first time I have met that problem.
Is there any example or suggestion for me?
Any word about that issue would be greated received.

Get all users from the Global Address List (GAL)

I have been looking for a way to get the list of all users on my exchange
server from some C# code running over a network.
It would be nice to be able to do it using WebDAV as all my other code uses
that but if there is another way then i'll consider it.

I have remebered that we also can access personal contact address throught
webDAV.
