How can I create a html message in utf8 with extended MAPI?

Hi!
How can I create and send a html message used encoding with extended
MAPI? Which properties has to be set?
I tried to set many properties (like PR_INTERNET_CPID,
PR_MESSAGE_CODEPAGE, PR_InetMailOverrideFormat), but I can't create a
good html message used utf8 encoding.

What does the isCollection in PROPPATCH actually do ?
I have an application that sends e-mail with an attachment using
WebDAV.
Exchange Server 2003 with Forms Based Authentication ON.
I follow the standard procedure outlined in this group
