I am developing a Sync DLL in C# after I have updated the Service Pack 2 of
MS Exchange Server 2003, when I issue this command it gives error
"Error openning connection: 3706 Provider cannot be found. it may not be
properly installed"

May I use compare condition with "dateTime.tz" field.
for example:

I have tried it, response said it is bad request.

came across some documenatation saying that I have to create one Task and a
TaskRequest and finally attach the Task to the TaskReqest. However, when i
