When T1 goes down

Is there a way (when my T1 goes down) to configure exchange to use an
alternate connection to send and recieve mail? my line has gone down twice in
the last 6 months so i am looking for a backup plan to put in place. ...

OWA and PIX and ISA

I want to use OWA2003 just through my PIX but it doesnt work, someone has
suggested i need an ISA server as well, is this true? and if so why?
