X400 connector in mixed 2003/5.5 environment loses MTA passwords

Hi,
We've created an X400 connector between a 2003 server (site A) to 5.5 server
(site B). All the configuration information is entered and kept, except for
the local and remote MTA passwords blank out. It accepts the passwords, but
after a brief period, removes them.

Mail failing - pop3 download connector - some outgoing

Not sure if this falls under this newsgroup or not, but have this strange problem. SBS2003 running
exchange 2003. My internal domain is of course mydomain.local (not it's real one of course) and
so mailboxes create username@mydomain.local by default. Add the pop3 connector to go get
pop3 mail from Comcast.ne ...

Does the global deny list just check a denied IP by the last sending server?
Or does it check all the IP addresses listed in the emails internet header?

We're attempting to trouble shoot some performance issues with an Exchange
2000 server... One counter in particular we've noticed outside of
recommended thresholds is the "RPC Average Latency/Sec" counter...
According to the Exchange performance guide, this counter should remain
between 10-20... ...

Are there any known issues with Exchange 2000 and Gb Nic technology? I
upgraded the Nic on the exchange server to 1Gb and after that Exchange 2000
only started up successfukky after the 3rd boot. When Exchange started up
