OWA Inbox Emails Disappear

Running SBS2000 (SP1) Exchange (SP1), and have a problem wtih OWA. Emails
delivered to a users inbox stay for a short time then disappear. Had
installed SP4 for SBS but it caused numerous issues with the system, so it

Public folder replication sync problem.

I have EX2000 server which I am trying to move to a new EX2003 server.
Set up public folder replication, and it seems that there are about 20 or 30
items which refuse to replicate.
I have about 20 public folders, and most are in sync, but about three of
them, the 2000 server always has (say) 5 items more ...
