Problem sending mail flow via SMTP between servers

I have 2 Exchange 2000 server and 1 Exchange 5.5 on same site. The mail flows
fine between Exchange 5.5 and Exchange 2000 but internally mail between

GC discovery) and noticed these warnings in the logs...
