OWA Problem with multipl-domain hosting Exch2003

Dear,
I have setup thee internal domains to exchange data using my single exchange
server 2003,I added three MX records for each server of them in my local
DNS, When I want to access any mailbox using OWA, it coudn't be opened,
everytime I type like xxx@local and password, it is returned and not opening

IMAP and Pop logon error unknown user or password

My xChg2k3 server is configured for both pop3 and Imap4. The services are
running and no error messages. However, I can only login via pop or imap if
I'm logged in as Administrator. Every other user attempting to login gets:
-ERR Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password.

Here's what we have:
Exchange 2003 running on Windows Small Business Server
OWA is configured and we have a cert we purchased through either
GoDaddy or Verisign.

I have a guy who's network I am setting up - part of which is
SBS2003-Exchange (right now he gets all of his e-mail via POP3). The one
piece of the puzzle I don't know is how the Blackberry works in the picture
(I don't use one). From the brief amount I have read, it's e-mail gets

Just wondering if anyone can give me a "best" practices solution to my

I'm sticking a cisco 506e pix in front of my mail server which is stand
alone, it's not connected to our internal network in any way. Everyone
