IMAP and secure SMTP setup question

So there seems that there would be one solution to two of my problems. I have
IMAP clients that are able to pull email from my exchange server. They are
not able to send email. This is a problem inside and outside the firewall.

Application Log Corrupted

Our Exchange 2000 system all of a sudden got hung up
Had to do a hard reboot
Went to view Applications Log in event viewer and it stated that the file
was corrupted
Any idea as to what may have caused this? ...

Does any one have any idea about this problem i am having with my exchange
server. Last week our server stopped working with the smart host. when i
change to using dns most emails go through but some is not getting through
even though we were responding to the email and so know the email address is
correct.

I have some issues trying to send mails to yahoo, I read that they are
applying the Domain Keys as a Standard against Spam.
I cannot find any guide about how to configure my Exchange Server to works
with this new antispam standard, Domain Keys.
