Outlook 2003 and viewing other inbox / calendar at the same time?

Is there a way to have a split screen when viewing someone else's inbox and
calendar at the same time within Outlook 2003?
With Outlook 98 / XP I could do this, but with Outlook 2003 I can't seem to
find a setting to allow this.

Inbox contents missing - folders intact

We encountered an issue today with our Exchange 2000 server where one user
has lost the contents of her Imbox. The client is an MS Office 2003 client
(cached mode). All of the users folders are intact (sent items, calendar)
and even the folders that are sub-folders to the Inbox are intact with all
messages ...
