sending hyperlink to file in Outlook 2002

Hi,
I'm having limited success sending a file link in Outlook. Spaces seem to
cause problems. I've tried adding %20 in place of spaces, but that doesn't
work.
Is there a fool proof way to do this?

Hi,
I need your help! I created some resource mailboxes and my users use them
without problem to send some message "on behalf of". However, some users
want to hide the "on behalf of" added to the sender field.

Viewing other user's Contact Folders shows old/incomplete Contacts

Set up a test ES 2003 on my lan, played with outlook, etc.
I now have to take the Exchange Server off and give it to a client ....
As I test, I powered the ES down. My client Outlook will now not load at
