In a Outlook 2002 / Exchange 2000 envirenment,
new messages will not be downloaded and show up in Inbox until the user
clicks somewhere in Outlook window. I has set up to Send / Receive every 2
minutes in Outlook but it is still not working. Any suggestion? Thanks.

Removing a deleted users reccuring appointment

Cannot download Attachments because attachment name changes.

With OWA, when users go to download some attachment types such as word
documents they can't because the period for the attachment changes to an
underscore and ?attach=1 is appended to the file name.
E.g. MyDoc_doc?attach=1
The file name in the should be New Microsoft Word Document.doc but in the
