Outlook 2000 free/busy problem

We had an exchange 2000 server crash and had to restore mailboxes on a
different server. Some Outlook 2000 clients were getting a free/busy error
afterward. These were corrected by using the commandline switches
/cleanfreebusy and /cleanschedplus. One user remains having the problem when

Updating Word documents in Public Folders

Running: Exchange 2003 SP1
I am trying to set up a Public Folder, with the resumes (word docs) of my
consultants, each in its own subfolder.
I want to allow them to update them and then "save" them back into the
folder.
This works fine while using a MAPI client, but not with OWA.

Stooped getting e-mail - everyone else still can

Using Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2000

Hi all,
does anyone know of a reason NOT to use Outlook 2003 with Exchnage 2000
Server? I had heard, but not delved into too deeply that doing this can
cause problems with the information store when you come to upgrade to
Exchange 2003 - any truth in this?

OWA access issues

We've had several users reporting problems accessing OWA with IE - not sure
if this is an IE issue or Exchange 2000 issue.
The users can connect to our site, are prompted to login, then receive a
"Page Can Not Be Displayed" error message. This doesn't happen to all users
- I can access our corporate site ...

OWA users cannot empty deleted items
