User does not see messages in outlook or OWA

I have a user that when yous end an email to her the message does not appean
on her inbox. Every now and then ONE message will show but most of them don't.
When I go to the M: Drive and look in her inbox folder all the messages are
there.
Then interesting thing is that she gets them all on her Blackberry ...

Hello, we recently setup a public folder and we have an issue because
external email recipients are not receiving "reply to all" messages from
other list members. All this started happening once we enabled "munging"
