Sharing calendar with mixed clients

My organization uses Exchange 2000. Some clients have Windows with
Outlook, others Macs with Entourage. Is there a way to effectively
share a calendar that all can access?

Cannot delete or move certain email

We have an Exchange 2000 Server. All of our clients are using Outlook 2000
as their mail client. We have one user that is unable to delete an email
from a particular vendor. When you try to delete or move email from this
sender the pop-up comes up with Unknown Error.

Connecting to Exchange through POP3

Takes an hour to receive Outlook 2000 mail from Exchange 2000

This only happens on a new Windows XP SP2 workstation. The other
machines/setups are getting mail within 30 seconds. I've hit all the settings
I can click on in mail options, and even turned off the Windows firewall.
What am I missing?
