outlook is trying to retrieve data from exchange server

I am having exchange 2k standard edition and all clients using outlook 2003
since last 3 months all outlook client getting pop-up "outlook is trying to
retrieve data from exchange server"
Not able understand this plz help me out. ...

Allowing public folders from internet E2K OWA

Hi all,
I am trying to allow a user to view the public folders for our exchange
server only to find that LAN users can access public folders through
OWA internally but the user overseas cannot access the public folders
or see them at all for that matter, any ideas please?

If a user who is set to change password at next logon tries to login, he is
getting a HTTP 403 (Forbidden error) and it is not giving the option to

We have noticed something funny.
We have a XP pro client running Outlook 2003.
We have a second XP pro client running Outlook 2000.
When a user setsup an email profile on the Outlook 2003 machine and also on

We have a strange problem here, in our Exchange 2000 enviroment.
A few of our users manage the calendar for some executives. Now, there
are a few appointments that we can't seem to be able to either edit or
delete. Strange thing is, when we modify the item in Outlook 2003
