Can't see new user in Global Address List

Just set up a new user on the domain controller, created a mailbox on the
Exchange 2000 server, however the users name doesn't show up in some (not
all) other clients Global Address List's.

OWA Loading....problem.

Okay, Im stumped with this problem here. We have users try to access
their email via OWA with Internet Ex 6. They are getting the screen
where it ask you to enter your username and password, they got thru
that part. When it start showing inbox,sent item,etc, but on the
middle pane, its says "loading..." and ...

OWA - Cannot Download Attachments/SMIME Control

Users cannot download attachments from webmail in addition they cannot
download the SMIME control either that is shown in options. Does anyone have
any ideas why? Exchange 2003 SP2 - Backend server. Windows XP SP2 client.
They recieve the following message in IE try to download a file named
"audio.vml"

Sending restriction

I want some users not to be able to send messages to other domain than the
local one. How can I achieve that ? Can I log this kind of activity ?
ex: User01 can only send to mydomain.com or mydomain.local. any other domain
are restricted.

Slow to open emails with attachments.

My client messaging software is outlook 2000. It connects to a single
Exchange 2000 server with about 250 users. All has been fine for about three
years up until now.
Problem
When a user receives an email with an attachment >300K outlook becomes very

Have a user reporting each time they send invitations to meetings using the
Outlook 2000 client (e2k3 mailbox server), each recipient receives three or
four repeats of the same invitation.
Anyone familiar with issues like this?
