Email sent by delegate put into other person's they are delegating for sent items?

The big man is wondering....
If FRED has delegated CHUCK to send email on his behalf and CHUCK goes
ahead and sends an email on FRED's behalf, the sent email goes into's CHUCKs
sent items. Is there any way to also have the sent email go into FRED's
sent items?

How do I force an update in Exchange Cached Mode?

Exchange 2003/outlook 2003 environment.
99.9% of our users are configured to use Outlook in Cached Exchange Mode.
Problem is the cache is taking several days to update when changes are made
to mailboxes in AD. If I set up a user without cached mode, the updates are
much quicker. So what I'm looking for ...

One mailbox will be shared by multiple users in the domain. The requirement
is that the users can fully access this shared mailbox but nobody can delete
the contacts in Contact folder of the mailbox except the domain
administrator. Does anyone have a way to do that? Thanks.
