Unable to send mails to a particular address using outlook

Hi,
I have receive an error 10053 when attempting to send mail to a particular
address at port 25. The mail program that is being used is outlook and
exchange server. The recipent is using lotus notes. All other emails to other
address works fine except for a particular domain mail address.

OWA cannot bring up GAL while sending email.

It works fine when I am locally connected. But when I use OWA and try to
send an email and click on TO, it does not display GAL.

How to keep copy of all emails

We have an Exchange Server 2003 Enterprise Edition and I was asked to keep
copies of all incoming and outgoing emails sent and received for all
employees. How can I accomplish this and be transparent to the users?

Blank To: From: and Subject Fields

fields. The message is displaying its header, which appears to be nothing

OWA cannot refresh group member PF access in 15 min

When I change permissions on PF for user by adding user to security group
(which has author permission), user cannot access this PF immediately. But
he can access this PF in 15 min.
Q: where is this parameter?

seem to work.
Is there a setting that needs to be done the server to allow server side
