How to access another employee's mailbox

Hi,
I know that Employee A can be granted Full Access to Employee B's mailbox.
Two questions:
1. How does Employee A access Employee B's mailbox then? Is it through
Outlook, Open --> Other User's Folders? Is this also available via OWA?
2. Is it safe to assume that full access means Sent Items as well?

recover mailbox for deleted user

Hi,
A user was deleted from active directory, but the mailbox is still intact
according to Exchange System Manager.
Is it possible to recover the emails in this mailbox by creating a new user?
Or is there any other possibility?

NDR in Event Application Log

I have some 5xx NDR events posted, but not all?
I have my log setup to "None", using jsut the defaults.
Why is it only some of the Permanent erros appear and not all?
Do I have to set the logging level to Medium to get all of the 5xx events?

Help - restoring mailbox

have all the logs but I cannot recover the mailbox. I do not have an online
