Is there a shortcut for a Public Folder or an item in the Public Folder?

Hi,
For a Public Folder of Exchange Server and an item in the Public Folder, is
there some "shortcut" to refer in email?
I mean shortcut that somewhat like netshare path( \\192.168.0.1\MyNetShare )
or URL(ftp://ftp.microsoft.com/svcpack/1st.zip).

User not Getting Some External E-mail but Message Tracking says He Is
