I am having the same problems as described here:

Ive also searched google and newsgroups for both KB 905809 and error
c10308a2. All the "answers" to the questions say see KB 905809.
However, Microsoft's site does not seem to have this ...

When my external users open OWA to access the emails the the message above
appears. This problem happened just recently and has never happened before.
We have not changed anything on the OWA box which could trigger this
