Account/Mailbox Creation Delegation and permissions

Hi there,
I am trying to delegate permissions to Account Operators in my domain. They
can create user accounts but they cannot create the Exchange mailbox as part
of the creation process. Do I have to make them Exchange Administrators or
is there another way to enable them to successfully create mailbox ...

100GB mark and we want to switch over to new disk and break out the store to
multiple stores.

PFDavadmin Error 500

When trying to use PFDavadmin to solve a public folder permission error using
the Propagate ACE's function I get eh following error message for some of the
public folder:
Failed with exception: The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal
Server Error.

I set up a 2000 server for Blackberry Enterprise Server. Existing is
2003 SBS.
about 10 users plus 3 or 4 that do not have workstations.
They now want to allow them to see the public folders and most of all
the public calender. Any idea how publish the public folders and public
calender.

Im a current user on an exchange server but i do not have email. How
do i change my account to have and receive email. The place i work for
has 2 servers a file server and an exchange. I was wondering if any
one knew of a good site that has some screen shot type things that
would help.
