I have an exchange 2000 server installed and running normally.
Months before, a staff with email address alan.lui@mycompany.com left the
company. The user account and mailbox were deleted.

a top-level public folder vanished

one of our parent public folders vanished. what is gone: one parent
folder and many subfolders.
Exchange 2003, SP1
any hope of doing restore of that folder alone or do we need to do a full
restore of the entire store?

when the same message is to be delivered multiple times to the same
mailbox, Exchange delivers it only once.
is it possible to enable multiple delivery of the same message to the
same malbox (as many times as needed) ?

OWA Premium Client mode appears to be Basic Client mode
