NDR Received From User(s) in Distribution Group

We are getting a strange NDR on a few of our accounts. If an email is sent
directly to a user it is delivered with no problems. However, if we send an
email to a Distribution
Group that that they are a member of we get the following error back.

I'm trying to connect to my Exchange 2003 using Outlook Express. I noticed
that the POP3 in my server is disable and I can not start it because all the
options are "gray". The question is, Why it is down and how can I start it?

Large file sent seems to have screwed up exchange

Hope someone can help with this.
I have a remote client; 6 hour drive away; who has tried to send a 11
megabyte .wav file as an attachment. It did not reach it's intended
recipient, so it was sent again.
Now exchange is running slow and various error messages are being received.

Is there anyway to change the order and what columns in Outlook 2003's
address book? The default display (Name, Business Phone, Office Title,
Company, Alias, E-mail Type, E-mail Address) is not very useful for us when
