How do I add Exchange specific tabs to AD Mgmt tool on my workstat

Hi,
I have the administration tools installed on my WinXP Pro machine so that I
can manage AD users and computers. However, I don't see Exchange specific
tabs in there and I can't create Exchange mailboxes from my workstation. How
can I get this on my workstation?
BTW, we're running an Exchange 2003 St ...

No M Drive?

Hi,
I've just implemented an Exchange Server 2003 in a brand new network. I've
been testing the server for about 2 weeks now. I don't have any problems and
the server is functioning fine but there is no M drive that Exchange creates.
Any idea why?

Exchange Cluster Virtual IP

I have an Exchange Cluster with Active/Passive settings
Node1: 192.168.1.12
Node2: 192.168.1.13
Virtual IP: 192.168.1.8
Usually Node1 is active. Here is my question.
When Node1 is active, I found that the Source IP for connections going out

I wonder where is the option which changes the language of the text
related to : Your mailbox is over its size limit send by the system
administrator ? Some mailboxes get this message in French and other
in English ?
