SP3 Rollup Problem

Hi all,
My setup: Win2k Std member server with SP4 and updates, Exchange 2k with SP3.
My problem: installing the SP3 Rollup causes exchange not to work. I get
the following error:

some form of chinese text in outlook 2002;

automatically generated and sent to each mailbox after the Exchange database

Sub folders under inbox on specific account not showing - DB Corruption?
