SMTP Queues not moving

I have 3 different Exchange 2000 SP3 servers. The SMTP queues on all 3 have
over 300 entries. The number is growing rather than decreasing, and the

I need to connect my Exchange server to another one. Each Exchange server
is 2003 SP2. One domain is 2000 AD and the other is 2003 AD. I think to
achieive this all I have to do is create a routing groups on both servers so

login to OWA, see other user's mailbox?

Odd situation here.
UserA logs in to OWA w/ UPN (UserA@Company.com) and sees the mailbox (but
not the data - it's just completely empty) of UserB.
If UserA logs in to OWA w/ just the account name, it works fine. Also going
to www.server.com/exchange/UserA@Company.com works fine.
