AD not updating all attributes to the GAL

Weird problem. All the sudden AD is not updating the title attribute to the
Global Address List (GAL). New accounts are being created and other
attributes are updating correctly, i.e phone number, address, city, etc. but
not the title attribute. I checked the event logs for errors but I don't see

Recipient Policies Not working

When I create a user on exchange server it does not create an EMail address
for them. I varified that the Recipient Policies are configured properly to
add SMTP and X.400 address. It used to work okay till we added like 4000

Please Help,
I am running exchange 2003 on windows 2000 server, some of my usera are
getting thier mail bounced back and they get the following Non Delievery
Report.
I think it is happenning only when they send mail to certain domain.

ADAM Installation

Clean install of ADAM on XP SP2.
Install reported success/no problems.
When run ADSI edit it always reports the error 'a required subref is
missing', but application seems to run OK following this.
Anyone see this error, is it significant ?

Exchange 2003 is being installed on a new Server 2003 machine. How do we
replicate/link to our AD which is on a Server 2000 machine without setting up
a new AD on the Exchange machine? ...

floating table header in Reporting Services

In Excel, there is the nice ability to freeze panes so you can see the table
header as you scroll down the report. Is there a way to duplicate this
functionality in Reporting Services beyond just displaying the table header
on every page and w/o having to export the data to excel first? Thanks in
