cached mode and offline address book

It is my understanding that when using outlook in cached mode with exchange
2003, the address book used is the offline address book, also I believe that
outlook checks and updates the offline address book every 24 hours. This to
me would mean that when I rename an account on exchange each of my cached

deleting a user (note: have all permissions as administrator). Upon doing so

Upgrading Active Directory on Windows 2000

I am working on an Exchange migration project. The entire network is at
Windows 2K/SP4 and Exchange 2K/SP3. One of the first steps in the project
plan is to update Active Directory to 2003. Can this be done on Windows

Unable to view mailbox store when connected to 2003 domain control

I recently installed a couple of 2003 servers as DC's. I moved all the
primary roles to one of the controllers. When connected to the 2003 PDC with
AD Users and Computers, it does not display the mailbox stores when trying to
create a new user and mailbox. If I connect to the old 2000 DC, I have no

I have a problem in Calendar default permissions. Suppose if the Default
permissions on the Calendar(for Anonymous and Default account) is deleted
manually, Can we get back those permissions(Default and Anonymous)? I tried
