Custom Attribute 10 ~DEL

I am in the process of migrating from 5.5 to 2003 and am using the Resource
Mailbox Wizard to identify resource mailboxes. The output csv file has an
interesting attribute for some of the mailboxes. Instead of having
NTDSNoMatch some mailboxes have ~DEL. What does the ~DEL attribute mean?

UPN authentication across domains - mixed vs native mode

I would like to authenticate users across domains using UPN instead of UNC.
We have successfully achieved this requirement if one of the domains is in
Windows 2000 Native Mode. However, if both domains are in Windows 2000 mixed
mode the DC's treat the UPN name (user@domain.com) as one long username

I have a e-mailadres (smtp) in my system but cant find in but I know it is
there becauce I can't make a new with that name. I altso notice that if you
have several SMTP adresses you can only seach after one of them the primary
SMTP. Can somebody help how to , is it a 3. part tool that can do this.

We are trying to roll out Exchange Server 2000 at our office but we are
having a problem creating a very important account we have on our old
mail server (service@) When we try to create the user "service" we get
the following error msg:
