Delegation Wizard Problem

I am trying to delegate control to OU's in my 2003 AD. However, once I
complete the delegation wizard and go back to check my work, nothing is
there. By that I mean if I go through the wizard again the "Users and
Groups" dialog is empty.
I do not know what I am doing wrong. Will someone please help me? ...

VERY weird problem with Exchange 2003

This is happening like 3 days a week. My Exchange 2003 loses sight of the AD
Domain and therefore noone can log into their mailboxes. If I run a netdiag
I get errors like:
DC discovery test. . . . . . . . . : Failed
[FATAL] Cannot find DC in domain 'SASCMH'. [ERROR_NO_SUCH_DOMAIN]

Works RPCoverHTTPS with W2K GC

Hi Group,
in our AD two DC's are working also as a GlobalCatalog (GC). One of these
DC is working with W2K3/SP1, the other is working with W2K/SP4. The OS of
the Exchange 2003 also is a W2K3/SP1 as a memberserver.
The question is whether RPCoverHTTPS is working when one Global Catalog

Upgrading from W2K to W2K3

I am upgrading our network from Windows 2000 to 2003. I firstly
upgraded a Win 2000 server to Win 2003 server and then tried to promote
it to a DC but this failed and I was advised to run adprep by the
wizard.
