Personal Address Book store via LDAP

We are running Exchange 2003. I have been able to connect to the GAL via LDAP
successfully. However, is there a way, using LDAP, to also connect to an
individual's mailbox store on the Exchange server to present the Personal
Address Book entries stored on the server?

Exchange 2003 Global Address

My initial mailboxes all show up in the Global Address list. However, I have
added two new users and they show up in "All User List " but not the Global
address list. I have installed SP2.

AD replication issue

ok here is what happened...
in our remote datacenter, there was an electrical issue and lost power
everything came back up ok, but the 2 dc's there (2003 SP2) that are older
systems and the date reset to january 2002 (since fixed)
this is the cause of the event below. i'm trying to determine the best way

The next code send a meeting request. It must reserve a ressource
automaticaly, but it don't do it. It's necessary to accept manualy the
request. why?
For a manualy meeting request, all is ok.
I think there is a problem with the header on the CreateMeetingRequest
sub :
