Results of delegation in Exchange

All,
After running the delegation wizard in Exchange 2000 (Administrative Group),
and granting an AD account Exchange Full Administrator role, I notice that
when looking at the mailbox rights (for any mailbox) the account I delegated
to has the Full Mailbox Access set to "deny"...
I must have a fundame ...

Is it possible to have a regular computer on my LAN act as a host for an LDAP
address list of external addresses. This would be so the other computers on
my network don't all have to have the LDAP service set up.
