Mailbox not created when adding user

Hi all and Merry Xmas
I have just successfully added a 2K3 Server alonside my existing 2K
(Exchnage) Server in my 2K domain.
All went well, adprep, forestperp, etc. FSMO transferred to new 2k3 server
OK.
However if I now create a user in A.D. on the 2K3 FSMO a mailbox is not
automatically created. If I ...

Removing Exchange 2k + Active Directory from server

We have a server here with Active Directory (it's not the "master"
server), and Exchange 2000 running on it. We want to uninstall both of
these things, so we can take it off the network.

We have to mail-enable a large group of active directory contacts. Normaly
we do this using the Exchange Tasks wizard. Does anybody know if there is a
possibility (scripting?) to establish the e-mail address for all the
contacts in just one step instead of taking the wizard one thousand times?
