I just got back working on my website. Its taken a long time to finish but I am getting there.
I got great web hosting at http://www.domainnamefree.net where I got a free .com name and a good site builder. Im going to keep working on it ill let you all know how im doing.

I am getting MAPI32.dll errors when half of my users try to connect to our exchange server. Recently we had a server that was failing. We moved all mailboxes from this server to a new Exchange 2003 SP2 server and now several individuals can not connect.

Removing DC role from Exchange 2000 server

Hello,
I have an Exchange 2000 server which also is acting as a DC.
I would like to remove this role from the server.
Will i run into trouble if i just run DCPROMO and remove the
DC role ?.
Is there somthing that i need to be aware off before i do it ?.

can not send to DL anymore

when I try to send an email to any distribution list nothing happens at
all, the mail does appear into the sent items
when I expand that DL, which works fine, the mail is sent and received
by all group members
what could be causing this not resolving of DL's?

18 months ago we installed an ADC into our AD environment but never got
as far as installing Exchange 2003 so we removed the ADC then removed
the disabled users it created.
Recently we set up a test environment where we installed the Active
