Urgent...Setup Exchange 2000 System Administration on a Windows 2003 server?

Hi all,
I'm facing a serious (and quite urgent) problem here:
- Exchange server 2000 running on a Windows 2000 server. This is NOT a
DC.
- The DC's in the organization are Win 2003 Servers except for one which
is a Windows 2000 server. User account adminstration was performed on
this server.

Just wondering,
Is there a way in Exchange 2000 Server to direct where deleted items go for
all users. Just say I wanted to monitor email useage could I direct the
server to route all deleted items to a specific folder or would I have to go
to every pc and set that up manually.

AD would not pass on info to create mailbox

I have 2000 ad with an ex2k3 standalone server on w2k3 on it and I am trying
to understand the 'why' for what happened.
This is a single site with a fe & be server.
My process for creating a user is that a mailbox is created at the end of
the process for creating the network account.

According to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/810591/en-us I can run Exchange
2000 SP3 on Windows 2000 SP4 in a W2K3 domain and raise the domain en forest
functional level to Windows 2003 without problem. Has anyone done this and
can they confirm this will not cause any issue. We are now running on ...

I installed Windows Messenger 5.1 and I am able to login to the Exchange 2000
server, however everyone is unable to. I enabled their IM, but they just can
not login. I can not find out what the difference between my IM and theirs is.
