ExBPA scan under different accounts

I am trying to run the ExBPA 2.5 using two different accounts.. I have our
Domain Administrator putting in his credentials into the AD field, and I am
putting my credentials in the Exchange field.... I keep receiving an error

I would like to know if there is a command line tool that does the same
thing as the Message Tracking Center does? The reason for this request is; I

IMF working but reading custom weight file

I've recently installed Exchange 2003 SP2 with IMF v2. The IMF is filtering
spam ok and I can see the different SCLs when I use performance monitor. But
it's not reading or using the custom weight file. I've checked the syntax and
that it's saved in Unicode. And I know IMF can see the file because ...
