Here's the setup

Numerous Windows Mobile 5.0 machines all working flawlessly

IMF working but reading custom weight file

I've recently installed Exchange 2003 SP2 with IMF v2. The IMF is filtering
spam ok and I can see the different SCLs when I use performance monitor. But
it's not reading or using the custom weight file. I've checked the syntax and
that it's saved in Unicode. And I know IMF can see the file because ...
